As a part of my third block with CIEE, I participated in an internship at Fundación Igualdad (Equality Foundation), a non-profit organization based in Buenos Aires dedicated to LGBTQ+ equality, activism, memory, justice, and truth through community events and fundraising. My tasks throughout my internship mainly centered around the organization’s end of year event, Gala por La Igualdad. Preceding the event, I organized the needed materials to create well crafted content throughout the precession of the gala, in order to maximize media output from this important, once a year event. The output from this gala created vital brand content that centered around their program, “Ballet por La Igualdad”, a key aspect of the organization that needed a spotlight.
