Upon my return from Buenos Aires and a following semester at Northern Arizona University studying film, I took the semester off to focus on building my career. I began my job with Overdrive Media & Printing, a multi-media marketing agency in Flagstaff Arizona, in January 2025, was in office until May 2025, and then continued to work on projects remotely until October 2025. My role began as an intern level position, helping organize the office and complete small graphic design and video production tasks, but my responsibilities quickly grew as I displayed my potential. I was responsible for reviving the companies’ connected non-profit, We Care NAZ, as well as taking on high budget client campaigns from brainstorming, to production, to delivery. I also supported the creation of business processes that prioritized organization and efficiency, along with managing the hiring process for multiple candidates.
